Miss Earth Nigeria 2024 Will Be Live In Garden City
The term ‘culture’ triggers excitement and reminds us of the true essence of originality, saying it is a way of life of a people could be an underestimation. Culture is not just a way of life but the life of a people itself. Whether dressing, music, dance, foods, art, or beliefs, they are all the incarnation of culture.
Avenues to showcase this thrilling and fascinating life called culture is inexhaustive, expressing culture doesn’t require pushing a mountain or climbing a hill but it requires a simple dose of collective will to shine its glory.
For this reason, Miss Earth Nigeria 2024 has been earmarked as one of the avenues for demonstration of what the true spirit of culture is, ranging from music, dance, art, dressing, talents and pageantry.
Miss Earth Nigeria is a national beauty pageant in Nigeria organized to select representative to the international Miss Earth pageant, and the city of Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State has been chosen as its venue.
It is a gathering where beacon of cultural richness, heritage, and the beauty of human diversity are displayed.
Aside celebrating culture, the program also offers advocacy. The winner of the program is expected to work with key collaborators to draw attention to a healthy environment by offering advocacy for a safe water, checking the damaging effects of erosion, address the issues of pollutions, and also educate people on the three R’s of a healthy environment which are; Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. This once again demonstrates the totality and inclusiveness of culture.
The event which this year’s edition will hold on the 21st of July 2024, has Ibinabo Faberisima as its national director.
